The Emirates Airline Foundation Campus at Outreach to Africa’s Paul Devlin School opened in 2019. The campus facilities include dormitories for boarding students, sports fields, employee housing, a library, computer lab, dining hall, and new classrooms. The expansion helped take in more students, giving a great number of youth a well-rounded education and a solid foundation.

Since 2010 the foundation has supported Outreach to Africa’s humanitarian mission to reach schools and clinics in remote areas across Uganda, by sponsoring travel for nurses, doctors and volunteer professionals. Working with the organisation hand-in-hand has helped disadvantaged children in Uganda get access to quality education and healthcare.

In 2011, the foundation experienced a historic moment when it received a donation of US$500,000 worth of medicines from SkyLink Aviation. This generous donation helped provide lifesaving vaccinations, anti-malarial treatments and HIV/AIDS therapies to rural areas. Emirates employees volunteered for the foundation and worked with government authorities to manage the logistics of transporting these valuable medicines, which were used to heal and prevent illness among thousands of children in Africa.
